ABS 3D Printing Filament
ABS is a widely used material. It has excellent mechanical properties of toughness, hardness and firmness. Printing temperature requirements at 210 ~ 240ºC.
ABS plastics have great comprehensive performance, excellent impact strength, and abrasion resistance and are thus commonly used when you need your print to be strong.

Suggested Printing Temperatures:
Nozzle: 210 – 240 degrees.
Bed: 70 – 110 degrees.
Weight: 1kg
Length: ~ 330m

The above information is for reference only, the room temperature, machine structure, and performance may have differences in various cities, so the best temperature is dissimilar with the suggested one, it’s better to make choices according to the actual condition.

Tips:
Printing:
Spray some liquid hair spray on the print surface before a print to greatly improve bed adhesion. ABS can be tricky, make sure there are no breezes or open windows near the printer.

Storing Filament:
Place in a sealed bag or container with a moisture-absorbing packet. When using a filament you haven’t used in a while, cut the first 5 – 10cm off, as ends can become brittle over time.

Troubleshooting:
All filaments have different ideal print temperatures. Printing too high or low can cause issues with ANY filament. For the best results, we suggest printing a temp tower.
